When I am hungry I eat cucumbers between meals. They are filling and I like them. I also make veggie broth/vitality broth with different veggies each time (lots of sea veggies too give it a salty flavor w/o salt). The broth is amazing for helping me not feel hungry. It's great nourishment with little need for digestion and makes me feel full. I drink mugs of it like a tea.
The hunger goes away pretty quickly. How long have you been on the diet?
