I've been on the diet for 3 weeks, but I had a slip - sugar. I am doing well, but having diffuculty with business lunches. Chinese food surprisingly has nothing we can eat. Does this mean I am back to square one?
I have seen many positive steps: energy is coming back, mouth feels cleaner, digestion improving, have lost 15 pounds, and my complexion is looking great. Still, so long to go, and really want to be in this for the long term.
Tell, me does my slip mean I'm starting over? Any ways to reduce the downsides?
