hi. and yes I did get them.
and i do use them on my gems and many other things.
they permanenetly ionise anything natural that youtouch them to
for about 30 minutes or more.
so really youcna just get one even / and use it to reseed other
stones gems / wood etc
i was sleeping with one every night/ but stoppe dfo r ab out a week
caus eihave hard my stones toughign my gems and alteranting that.

I keep one by the computer and also use it against food drink etc
when i am in here, and i also keep one next to teh microwave
and touch my prill bottles next to it also.

as for meditaion hmm..
well all these things ahve always been a part of me/
even tho i amy not have the space set side specifically for meditating.
but youcan meditate anywhere if apply yourself.
evne in teh middle of croweded malls.

I have coem thru a tiem in my life wher ei am still broken a bit emotionally etc
and so for me this is an area that is oen of my primary goals for 2004.

and ye si sleep withmy gems and yes i talk to them and yes i talkt to tress and earth and sky and sun and moon and the world always !
I love the world and i tell it so as often as i can.

peopel can hurt you / but nature will never stop loving..
and how can you not stop and share back the same feeligns?
I wish more folks woudl fee l the love tha tnature is always givng us
andthey they woudl also give sme lov eback. nature needs ot hear us
tell it how much we love it also .

i think it is importatn to gain a rapppor and program your gems/ cyrstals
