Mrs. Lightening

Mrs. lightening, please would you be so kind to explain the difference between Clarkia and the Liver Flush in 'cure for all diseases'? what is the best to do for a diabetic... what is my first step to take..? i am only 25 but my control seem geeting out of hand as i get older.. i have just discovered this book and this forum, all is new and unknown to me.. especially when it seems that london has hardly heard of this, getting help and support seem almost impossible compare to what you have in America(especially the ingredience)...
