One thing doctors rarely tell you is that Gallstones are formed in the liver and travel down into the gallbladder. People who have had their gallbladders removed usually still have liver stones . Try a series of four to six flushes before you even consider surgery. The Hulda Clark flush is great for first timers. Do this every two to three weeks until you only see a few stones. I've been doing flushes for almost a year and still get stones, but I feel so much better. Drink lots of water, drink fresh carrot and apple juice every day, they are great liver cleansers. Try to stick with a low fat diet, french fries and ice cream would always give me a painful gallbladder attack. Do a Bowel Cleanse with P&B shakes between your first and second flush.
