According to Clark's recipe it's advisable to chill the ES mixture to improve the taste, but he says that the olive oil and grapefruit mixture should be warmed up (presumably to room temperature). Wouldn't this taste better chilled? What are other people's experiences?
When can we start drinking water again? Some people drink throughout (though not within 1/2 hr of ES) and others the next morning, because the ES is very dehydrating. Any thoughts?
