just finishes bowel cleanse...when can i do a liver cleanse??

hello guys.

i just finished the arise and shine Colon Cleanse program, and want to do a liver cleanse very soon. do i have to wait two weeks to do a liver cleanse to let my bowel strengthen up again? anyone do a liver cleanse right after a bowel cleanse? last week (for 7 days...the 'master phase' of the program) i didnt eat anything, and just consumed p%b shakes, herbs, and did 2 colonics a day...thats why im wondering if i should wait or not...but ive been eating good today and already had a few bowel movements so im thinking it might be good to give it a shot this weekend maybe??? i got rid of a lot of gunk, and while my skin has improved some, my skin is still not completely healed, and i would like to get that taken care of asap with some liver cleanses...any help or info would be much appreciated.
