Thanks for the reply! Today is my last day of the Apple Diet and then I am going to do a Liver Flush tonight. I've been looking at a lot of sites and think I am going to order from Holistic Horizons and start my colon cleanse. I believe that I am the queen of mucoid plaque. I have done various flushes and cleanses over the years, but never a Bentonite and psyllium shake. I have only ever used psyllium. I have also researched a lot on iridology and know I have a big brown ring in my eyes that indicates a load of garbage in my system. I am so excited to begin! Thanks again for the reply. Tweet
