Build or buy a "Zapper". I know they work because my rosecea would heal within 4 days instead of 3 weeks like with the parasite herbs. The only bad liver cleanse I ever had was when I used the zapper only on a Mon. and cleased on that Sat. I thought I would see if I really needed to zap for a whole week before the cleanse. During the cleanse I became slightly nausiated and only got out about 20 stones (which shows me that the stones are not olive oil globs or I would have a consistant amount each time). For the next couple of days I also didnt feel quite right.
