Hi Michelle!

Michelle,

Keep in mind your husband will have to consider eating more nutritional foods and eliminate so called junk foods as well as doing the flush. Foods to add more of are raw fruits and vegtables. Get a juicer if you don't yet have one and drink more of fresh squeezed vegtable and citrus juices, and eliminate pop, soda, bottled juices etc. Add raw cucumber, tomatos, peppers with the meal or make it as a salad with other vegtables inclucing carrots etc. Use fresh lemon and olive oil for salad dressing. Avoid store bought salad dressings. Exercise of course is also important. I usually run/jog about 3 miles per day. It is about a 30 minute run and enough to work up a good sweat. Sweating excretes toxins out the body, so it is beneficial to improving health and lowering cholesterol. Best wishes to you and your husband.

Keep healthy and God bless....
Regards,
Joe
