Actually, I didn't change my diet much until about April of this year. I started eating healthier and more nutritional foods and cut out a lot of saturated fats, sugar, and junk food. The change in diet most likely did contribute to the reduced cholesterol as well as the flush. Also, started exercising in April when I got the original test results, so this also contributed to reduced levels as well I'm sure. But, the flush was definitely the deciding factor as I had stated I expelled at least 3/4 cup or more of cholesterol from the flush.
