Yeah... SWARM (like in Utah)
This is a public forum - you have just as much right to speak your mind as anyone else. Don't be bullied by anyone (especially someone who was only sharing an opinion and not trying to bully!).
If you re-read my initial post, you'll notice that I said *MOST.* I was referring to the people who claim Robin lost 60
pounds in 21 days (look for the post - it's out there somewhere, because I commented on it) or those whose only focus is the weight loss. I was referring to those who want the cliff's notes instead of reading the novel, if you get my point.
If you've done the research, then simply put, I wasn't talking about you. :) But to those who ARE doing it only for weightloss, don't you think they're doing a disservice to themselves? To go on a
Master-Cleanse without having read the book or picking up on the principles that it is a body, spirit, and mind cleanse. Obviously they don't get it, because they are whining, complaining and quitting with excuses. (By THEY I mean the people who are doing it only for weightloss without reading or doing any research.)
When they go off the
Master-Cleanse and return to old eating habits, they are sure to regain the weight and more within weeks. Pepe was correct, it's not about the weight, it's about a life change. And if you don't get that basic concept, then you are doomed to fail. The
Master-Cleanse isn't a patch, it isn't a short term fix - it is the first step in a long term process of change.
The best of luck in your fast. I'm also 34 and am working on undoing 3.5 decades of living fast and loose. :)
