The mention of a 40 day thing was not meant to impress. It was just a qualifier so you'd know I was speaking from experience not form second hand knowledge and yes there is most definetly lots of whining going on here. Mine and ngapz's points of view are just different than the usual whining so in essence you are now whining about a "different" point of view. Sorry not all of us think that tiptoeing through the tulips in ignorance is bliss ................;+O

I see the whining as nothing more than mainstream mechanism that helps reinforce that which got them to the point of looking to the Master-Cleanse for help in the first place. The Master-Cleanse is a fairly radical approach to health, you hafta admit, and if you just dable with it for the wrong reason you will be disapointed and fail. These very same whiners that do it and fail are the same ones that are the most vocal and will try to discretit the cleanse and disuade many people that will benefit greatly from it. What you term as "mean spirited" is really more of a realistic approach and my attempt to strike out at ignorance and bring to light the real reason for doing the Master-Cleanse and help those that might trully benefit from it for the purpose that it was intended and not as just a "fad weight loss diet"

I have started noticing a trend in this forum in the last 3 or 4 months of an increase of new folk and along with that also an increase in the "whine factor". Now since ngaplz has brought it to our attention that the MC has hit the mainstream media it explains a lot.

There's nothing that will bastardize and destroy something faster than it hitting the "mainstrean". I'm waiting for the next "Diet Gooroo" to start doing seminars and packaging the components of the the MC and selling them over the internet as the new and improved miracle weight loss diet. Some sum'bitch will even package it as a pill ferchristsake.................Oiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!
