I cannot imagine going through all this to go back to eating the same junk that caused my body to be fat in the first place.
And no, I would not think eating healthy makes me a "Health Nut".
There is a reason to stay on the
Master-Cleanse for 10+ days -- to break your taste buds, emotional eating, the
parasites inside you.
Why does your body looks the way it does?
Maybe some medicine you took a long time ago knocked your body out of balance, so your body compensated for the overrun of toxins or
parasites by storing them in fat.
Maybe you were raised on unhealthy food some of the time, and out of habit you have continued to eat that way, giving your cravings (sugar, white flour, chocolate, coffee, etc.) a foothold and make your body fatter and fatter.
Maybe your parents or your grandparents were exposed to something, or ate something bad, affected their DNA, which affected your DNA, which makes you predisposed to certain foods, medicines, bad environments.
What ever the reason, the Blame Game is over.
If you are able to reason (an adult), you can control what goes in your mouth.
Those of you who are not going to change your eating habits to healthier choices...I guess you'll be back here soon, because your body will gain back all you've lost (and maybe more).
Then again, maybe you won't, because you tried it once (5 days), got a headache, and didn't want to deny yourself anything, because your friends are teasing.
What about your body? When does your body get a break from the garbage you've been scarfing the past 10, 20 + YEARS.
Even if this (the MC) didn't work for you (timing, emotions ... whatever), do something else ... juicing, 1 vegetarian meal a week, fewer fried foods ... just do something that will benefit your body.
Learn something from this experience.
