I am with you on this Gman. I have been eating "decent" for a while, and could not lose weight at all. Walking 3mi 5 days a week, and gained. I plan on being concious after this is over of what I am eating, but this is for weightloss and cleaning out what ever is keeping me from losing weight when I try so hard. I haven't been able to eat veggies or fruit - give me awful gas. Hope to get out what ever is causing that.
