This is the beginning of day 6 for me. 4 1/2 lbs. I drink as much water as I can remember to, and depending if I will be near a bathroom. Usually about 80-90 oz.- I just chug it. I only do 1 shake a day. I drink as much lemonade as possible, probably 7-8 glasses, and do the tea at night. Not real happy with results. At least I don't feel as bad & mean today, as I did on day 3-5. Have had NO energy at ALL. I started paragone today. Timining of empty stomachs for paragone and salt water are difficult. Oh yea, One salt water a day, in morning.
