I just did a 10 min search and had a hard time finding out loss results. Once this thead dies, I'm going to create a thread#2, and keep it going until someone tells me to stop. This is what I want to know.
What day are you on. How much have you lost. Are you doing B&P shakes? How many shakes per day? I'm concerned that the shakes are slowing my loss. I gained a pound yesterday.
