Sick? Tired? There is a simple solution that might surprise you

My health saga is not exciting, no dibilitating diseases, no catastrophic health problems, I just had eczema, was overweight, sick, pale, hungry a lot, and just generally not in peak form, or even close for that matter. I'm a 33 year old female, never had kids.

It all started a few years ago with gall pain. I didn't want to have surgery so I started looking around for alternatives. That's when I found curezone. With a few liver/gall flushes, my gall bladder pain was gone, and preventive maintenance, dietary adjustments, bitter herbs, etc., has prevented a relapse. Then I began to learn all about chemical exposures. I got off birth control pills immediately and learned about the symptothermal method of charting periods. I also stopped taking all other meds (including aspirin, ibuprofen, cold medicine, etc)

Then I eliminated perfumes, antiperspirants/deoderants, air fresheners, shampoo, lotion (other than one quality brand from Sweden, Glysolid), plastic food containers, toothpaste. Then on to dietary changes. I limit my exposure to pest/herbicides by buying either organic or those fruits and veggies that are generally lower and avoid all that tend to have high levels (grapes, apples, etc). I no longer eat frozen or canned foods unless there is no fresh option. I no longer eat pork or shellfish, but I do still eat beef, chicken, veal, lamb, fish. I have entered the world of sprouting, growing alfalfa, clover, amaranth, and various beans, which I enjoy in the winter months when fresh local items aren't available. (I also have a garden in the summertime) I try to eat all my food as close to its "alive" form as I can, eating fresh as soon as it's bought or picked, cooking lightly or not at all, etc. I also keep herbs and greens growing in my house throughout the winter months and I nibble on these periodically. I rarely eat Sugar or anything sweet. I eat bread occasionally, but only fresh baked, never the pre-sliced store bought kind.

All this has taken place over the course of several years. Today, I do not even notice that my lifestyle is different than that of many of my friends and coworkers. The habits I've formed have stuck, and I feel much better for it. I automatically "know" what is good for me and what's not! I detect cravings for certain foods that I'd never craved before (egg salad, seaweed, fish, etc), but I know it's because I must need something from that food. I listen very carefully to my body and it tells me when I need to act. I am rarely sick (and if I feel like I'm coming down with something, a dose of peroxide in each ear canal for 10 minutes has worked 100% of the time in stopping colds in their tracks) I have such energy all the time, it's incredible! I never get headaches anymore (though when I was "contaminated", I suffered periodic severe migraines), I sleep soundly and dream vividly, I am happy, perky, and optimistic, even the wintertime doesn't get me down like it used to. My complexion is clear and I have rosy cheeks all the time. I look younger, feel younger, (am I actually younger?) I think that my intuition has greatly improved, as well as my ability to know how other people feel or what they're thinking. Sometimes it's simply amazing what I "know".

If you're not sure why you feel like crap but want to feel better, start with these simple, free (even money-saving) tips to improve your health. It worked for me so well I want to yell my story to all from the top of a mountain!
