Is there any body that can help me, gall polyp, indigestion and gas bloating/belching

I am diagnosed with gall blader polyp and is also experiencing so much discomfort with too much gas in my stomach and intestine after I ate my meals or any food especially starchy and fatty foods. Will the gall and Liver Flush rid me of this polyp and digestion and gas discomfort?? Does anybody with this condition was already healed by this flush. Can anybody help me please and give me an idea to cure myself. I don't want my condition to worsen co'z am really feeling that I am in a bad shape I am not gaining and in fact I am loosing weight.
