What I use...

For an herbal laxative tea I've used "Smooth Move" by Traditional Medicinals. I found it in the regular grocery store. My grocery store has an health food section, so you may have to go to the health food store to get it.

I can understand your fear of the salt water flush. I'm not going to lie, it taste horrible and I have at least one horror story from doing it. But, if you can stomach it, and if you plan it out well, it is VERY helpful. Some say it is necessary. It is a good for massaging the bowels. Compared to laxative tea, I've read one poster say salt water flushing is like a "water hose" and the tea is more like a "sprinkler" for your bowels.

p&b are shakes consists of 12 ounces of water or juice (fresh) mixed with 1 teaspoon psyllium husks (powdered), and 1 tablespoon of liquid benonite. You can find both of these at the health food store. Some drink 2 or 3 shakes a day on an empty stomach and with lots of water for a more powerful cleansing of the bowels with the Lemonade Diet . A good way to take it is first thing in the morning and at night because both are times when your stomach is usually empty. This is referred to as the Ultimate Cleanse. Many also do a parasite cleanse along with it. You can go to the parasite forum for info on that, I don't know a lot about it, only a little.

Anyway. Good luck! I've been having some troubles with the fast, being that I can't stick to it. But if you can't this time, keep trying! That's what I'm doing.
