buzzing sensation & muscle twitches driving me crazy

Last fall I noticed a vibration or buzzing sensation in the
center of my chest. It felt like a motor running on very
low. My dr. ordered heart and MRI of brain but they came
back normal.
The buzzing sensations continue and I'm more aware of them
at night because my body is still. The muscles in arms and
legs will twitch and spasm from time to time.
I just figured out that I have a candida problem and food
allergies as well. Could these all be connected?
Does anyone reading this post have similar problem? Please
respond.
