Hi

I've been benefitting from Epsom Salts baths since childhood. Even while in the hospital with my son for two months.

Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate (MgSO4).

A similar benefit can be achieved by taking supplemental Magnesium (which most people are deficient in) and MSM plus it's vitamin C cofactor.
