Thank you for a thoughtfull answer. I tried once a bath with a baking soda and oatmeal in a worm water. I was not impressed with the results. I wish I could try the ginger powder in a hot water to suck some bad stuff out... But, as you sudjested, I might do some damage to my skin.
I go to sauna sometimes. It gets some sweat out and I hope some toxins too.
