Magnesium bath flakes

Holy cow!
I got a free sample of magnesium bath flakes made by Essence of Life when I ordered some Prill beads. Well, I finally tried using them in a bath today and the results were amazing. I feel relaxed yet energetic with a great feeling of well-being. I also could feel some weird rumbling in my belly which I considered to be good, seemed like things were moving down there.
