Yes, I showered after I sweated for an hour under the blankets. I did drink lots of water and I drank a bit of juice with some chelated minerals to replace the elecrolytes I lost. That's really important.
I've done this type of bath before....some years ago, but it was with a cheesecloth filled with detoxifying herbs. That was a GREAT detox! I really sweated a lot.
I decided to do this today to jump start the detox I'm doing this week.
