Experts, analyze my ginger bath..
I just completed my first ginger bath and I am writing down everything before I forget everything.
I didn't have any powdered ginger, but I had fresh ginger, so I grated some and made a hot tea and added it to the hot bath water. I also added 2 cups of
Epsom Salts and 2 cups baking soda. I had some cayenne capsules, so I opened several of them and added the cayenne to the water.
I settled into the water and immediately wished I had one of those deep, old fashioned bathtubs with the claw feet. I could completely immerse myself in one of those. My bathtub is not deep enough or long enough, so I kept having to turn over to get all my body parts in the water. I would have my fat ass and feet up in the air while laying on my stomach and then my legs were up in the air while I was laying on my back.
I couldn't get over how much I began to sweat. It was literally pouring off me even as the water began getting colder. I fasted yesterday, so I don't know if that was a good or bad thing? After ten minutes, I felt the urgent need to urinate. What was that about?
Before I knew it, I had stayed in the bathtub 45 minutes. The time went by really fast. I got out of the bathtub and felt very weak. I looked in the mirror and my face was beet red. Good thing?
I then wrapped myself in a blanket, got one of my
Dr. Schulze 's tapes, popped it in the TV, laid on the bed and watched that for an hour. The whole time I was sweating so much I couldn't believe it. My heart was also racing. Was that a good thing or bad thing?
Now, I am through. I have put some
Dr. Schulze ' Deep Tissue Oil on my hands and chest and I can feel it working. Feels really good, too.
So, if you guys can answer the questions I have asked, I would appreciate it. I have a feeling I should have immersed my head while I was in the bathtub, but I didn't. My hair is very wet with sweat, so I will go take a shower. I also thought I should have removed the chlorine in the bath water, but I forgot to do that, too.
I feel good, though!
