Are you using power or liquid clay. The liquid is much, much easier to tolerate. Also, my guess is that the orange flavored product your using is the wrong type of product. Is it similar to medimusal? Does it taste like Tang. It's not the right type of pscillium at all. You need powder made from pycillium husks. Or you need the husks. By the way the pycillium is just as hard to get down. It doesn't taste as bad, but it expands like hell and becomes a thick, oatmeal-like liquid.
