Many thanks for your positive advice. I have actually been doing Dr Robert McFerrans's diet for 6 days, but have seen no decrease in the sweating. I am very impressed at your results, but the whole task is really an enormous maze. And I have no idea how long I have to give up everything for in order to see a result.
My basic reason for dieting is to curb the sweating. I would eat any kind of diet, if it would stop.
I have no weight problems, my health is normal, bloodtests good (apart from my problems absorbing vitamins and minerals).
I never feel my age - always feel tired and listless. I love sweet foods and snacking. It is emotional and it tastes good.
I have read 3 books on the subject, with various good pieces of advice.
I hadnt heard about Dr Robert's PH theory. Is this the same Dr Roberts?
