I've got a stack of Newsweeks going back to May - about three pages perused in each one. Mol Ivins is great. Try Huffington's editorials.
Jim Hightower, a bit preachy. Yes I would like to read Palast but any
book that isn't neutral cannot be gotten at my local library - I have to buy it and then "give" it to the library. Such is life in a small town. You might enjoy Paul Krugman although he does write on economics. Moore is a great read. Would like to read his "Columbine" book. Huffington was a screaming Nazi two or three years ago - Read her now. What a turn around. She lived amongst the sleezy rats.
