THOSE WILLING TO ACCEPT BRIBES

The coalition of the willing included all countries willing to support the U.S. in exchange for money bribes or threat of punishment- money loss. The majority of Spain's citizenry were opposed to the Iraq war but their leadership sold out as did several other countries.
