something is wrong

Dear Alex, I listen to you as often as possible. I have recently bought all of your films to show all the people I know. I was never involved in the internet in past years, since 911 I have actively engaged in all that I can. I send donations, I send e-mails, I buy the items, but alex I am having a weird problem. I have in the past year sent e-mails and hand written letters to senators, congressman, and the President. More than that, I have sent e-mails to as many constituents as possible. I am a mover type person, but I am constantly getting shut out of the internet!
Tonight in fact it took three hours to get to your site and I do not live at this residence!
I know you can do nothing, just know, I am getting screwed out of the chance to talk.
