OK, why are you cutting out sugar? I understand cutting out the additives, I'm sure that the vast majority of those can be bad for you in one way or another.
But sugar, come on! Any carbohydrate you eat will be digested down to Sugar anyway, so there is no point in cutting out Sugar entirely, especially if doing so has left you this screwed up. Plus you can't simply cut out carbohydrate completely i.e. permenant atkins diet since this is not recommended. Some reports have also linked this to kidney damage due to protein overload.
Of course you are addicted to carbohydrate, its been inbuilt into our species over millions of years of evolution to seek it out and eat it!
So get back on the Sugar - everything in moderation though.
