You body is trying to rid itself of all the stored up Sugar and toxins, this produces Depression for a lot of people. Sugar withdrawal is just as bad as withdrawal from cigarettes or drugs. When you have'nt had it in awhile, then put it back in your body, it can produce all of what you're feeling. The best thing to do is stick with it, it will be painful, but very beneficial when it's all over with. Your body will level out, so it won't be going through withdrawals anymore, then you will feel great. What I do when I cleanse my body of Sugar and additives is eat lots of lean protein, mostly boneless skinless chicken breast, and veggies.
