I think you need to add lots of salad greens, with a little organic additive free dressing (with a bit of good fat). Say, two salads a day. Don't worry, leafy greens don't have so many carbs and they are incredibly good for you and help clean out and energize your body. It sounds like you are hardly eating any raw food, that's why I suggest this. Have you tried eating mostly raw foods?
And one more idea, try drinking 2-3 cups of green tea a day. That might boost your metabolism.
One more idea is that you might try taking l-arginine/l-ornithine supplements (two amino acids) (or just the l-arginine) on an empty stomach right before you go to bed. This causes you to secrete naturally secrete your own human growth hormone at night which speeds up your metabolism and causes you to shed fat and build muscle. Supposed to be pretty safe.
