Some of us have done these flushes without ever having read her book. I also hadn't read all that much on the site before trying it. I have had her book here for several weeks and have
never read it. I have done the Liver Flush and gotten sick because I didn't read the book. Didn't zap either. I have recieved a lot of support from the
people here and am thankful for this site. I get alot of advice on this site from the people who have read the book. People here also
tell others about chanca piedra to break up the stones. This site is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I am also thankful
for Hulda Clark .
