Re: Help, I just got shingles, should I continue on with cleansing regimes?

Lapis, dsss27, ocean, thanks for the advice and support, . It seems that the concensus it to keep the cleansing regimes going, and consider this as my body ridding itself of yet another thing.

From what I have been told, I have a 96% chance of only 1 occurance of shingles in a lifetime, and because I am still in my early 40's, and not immune depressed, this should be my one reactivization of chicken pox and then be done with it.

If everything clears up, I am still planning on the next Liver Flush in about 5-6 weeks, will post results! Tweet
