been a few hours since you took you'r epsom do you feel better ?REMEMBER it takes about 2 hours for epsom to have full effect on liver and did you EAT recently because food in intestines will cause pain this needs to be washed out as soon as possable IT TAKES about 2 cups of the epsom formula after 4 hours of last meal to wash out intestines totaly in anouther 2 hours. Ill explain better if requested.
