Re: 11th flush and still surprising me!

I appreciate your information as well. It speaks to what I'm going through.
I just did my 16th Liver Flush last night and it was very hard on my body. Usually it's easy. Not too many stones came out, some cholesterol crystals.
I throe up once last night and felt very ill.
I guess I didn't take enough time in between the flushes; I did one two weeks ago.
Maybe I'm almost "clean" and like you said the liver had to work a lot harder to expel the remaining stones.
I' going to take a break for now and if I do another flush it will be only once a months.
