11th flush and still surprising me!

I just completed my 11th flush today and of course, it was completely different to the others! I only had fruit for lunch yesterday and found it really hard going to get through to the 6pm Epsom Salts . I was starving so I sucked two or three sweets (candies). I got the most awful headache about 4oc and since this happened on another flush when I sucked candy I have come to the conclusion that although the ingredients are pure on the packet there must be some nasty chemicals involved in their manufacture which affect me when my stomach is empty. Epsom Salts and olive oil and grapefruit went down ok and when I lay down I thought this flush was going to be very productive as I felt all kinds of movements on my right side. After the excellent 10th flush I was looking forward to passing another 70 or so rocks. Well, apart from a stinking headache (and strangely this time heartburn after the OO/GF) all through the night and till mid afternoon today I have only passed a few tiny stones and one the size of a pea. My liver area is not sore like last time so the movements might have been the magical squirting of bile which I have read about on other posts but not experienced like this before. I had carrot and apple juice for breaking the fast and later a pear and a banana (all organic). I made a pot of leek, onion and potato soup for lunch and had three bowls of it. This evening I had liver with vegetables and I feel good - no weakness this time. I am surprised how different I feel to the last couple of flushes. It does seem that when the liver has to work very hard at expelling large stones it can really make you feel upset for a few days but when it doesn't do this work one is not so affected by the whole procedure. But at the end of the day there is no more to report. I don't know if my liver is finally clear of most of its stones or whether this is the lull before the next storm. I will have to wait and see what my body tells me. I do know I am getting better at reading it. I feel guilty that all this is really egocentric but as I find it so helpful to read all your posts this is the reason I have gone into this boring detail. Sorry if it is a bore. Tweet
