HI Sam. I take an herb/plant called stinging nettle in the capsule form. Do a little research on this! It's a perfectly safe alternative instead of over the counter antihistamines. This also helps with my ezcema rashes, too. I have done nine flushes so far, and I am not for sure how many stones I have gotten out. The biggest was almost the size of a golf ball, and I have gotten out some red and black ones, too. With my flushing pattern, I seem to have a really good cleanse with every other flush, and with each flush, I am feeling closer to normal.
