The more stones you get rid of, the better your allergies will be. Everyone is different. I noticed a remarkable improvement in my allergies right after my first couple of flushes. You may take a little longer.
Do you exercise? Anything to get your moving for about an hour greatly reduces allergies. Aerobic exercise works best for me.
Stay away from white flour and sugar. This will only add to your pollen problem.
Alternate hot and cold water as you shower. That will help, too.
Radishes help. Either eat a lot of them or juice them.
