For years, I was screamed at that diet had nothing to do with it.
I am having SIGNIFICANT, sustained improvement on the Blood Type Diet .
While you should obviously not do anything without medical supervision since you are on iv, do you really have anything to lose by trying something else as long as it is a well-balanced diet.

Anger is only worthwhile if it is used to spur constructive thinking, research, action. The other kind of anger will destroy just as much as the crohn's.

I wanted to share my opinion on your opinion.
