Back Pain/Kidneys/Die-off/Threelac-HELP!

I've been on candid supps for a while now. I had terrible die-off from Primal Defense and noticed lower right back after taking it (about 6 weeks ago). Quit taking it, but the back pain continued to some degree. Started Threelac two weeks ago - no noticeable die-off, but last night started getting sharp pains under right side of my rib cage, gall bladder? That stopped after about a half hour than terrible lower back pain. Went to emergency today and the doc says muscle spasm? To me, I think it could be my kidney - from die-off. Could all the toxins being killed and released be causing pain in my kidney. It's at the very lower right side, probably below pelvis. There was a trace of blood in the urine, but the doctor said that was of no concern. Any help? I've been very constipated for weeks now. Thanks so much, getting worried here. Tweet
