There was some threads about this months ago in the Blood-Type Diet.
As it stands there is a lot as long as the meat has been raised free-ranging on grass. Particularly Beef...As I don't eat Beef, but on occasion other meats, I didn't really pay much attention to the references.

But, any wild game meats will be even better - even nutritionally - but whether or not any specific Glyco research into this?...

Bos taurus effects Mannose 6-phosphate receptor (1C39)and has a P-Lectin that also affects the Asparagine pathway in metabolism which is indirectly metabolized in the citric acid cycle or gluconeogenesis.
