I am sorry to hear of your uncle's situation. I will email you my response to your post along with some files that I think you will find useful.

Many have been given a death sentence and are alive and well to tell about it. You are doing one of the best things possible for your uncle. I do have some other suggestions and will communicate that along with the email.
