New to this site ...looking for some help...please?

Hi, I am tinking of giving phytonutients a try,I have been chronicly ill for most of my adult life. In the last few year's things have gotten worse, I have tried so many things with little improvement and every time I see something new like this it gives me hope!

I ran a search today and have seen some products that I can get in the UK, I am just wondering if you people have heared of any of them and how you would rate them? I must say that I haven't really done that much research yet so I really don't know about any of these myself. They are (many mlm companies listed , edited by a moderator)
I hope these are phytonutients and I haven't got that wrong. I wondered because I have heared on this site that this product is really expensive and some of these products that I looked at today where charging around £25 for a months supplie ( which is expensive but I thought it would be more then that).

Anyway could people tell me what would be the best product to try and if I can get it in the UK?
