Re: I cured my Ulcerative Colitis

Good morning!
I had a rough night- had to get up four times and fell asleep around 6.30 this morning. Two out of four times when I went to the bathroom, there was not much blood, just very little. Although the stool was kind of watery and fell down, it had dark brown colour. I noticed some undigested lettuce leaves too. The other two times I released mucos and probably a couple of tbsp of blood. Yesterday I bough pH strips. When I had a juice according to your recipe I measured the acidity of my saliva and urine just for a test: Saliva was 8.4- the highest shown on the sheet and my urine was 7.2. This morning before eating anything I did the test again- both the saliva and urine showed 5.8 !!! Now I get the good effect of juices. Well I don't know how exact this measurement is, because my wife's urine showed 5.8 as well and she is in good health, but with no doubt my internal environment is still highly acidic.

I still take the probiotics, plus wheat grass extract+ vitamins and keep it separate from the other medication. I don't know myself if I am having a flare up or this is just a relapse on the way of gradual recovery.

So, I will continue the fight with all the recommended cures, and perhaps within a week or two I will boast with positive results.
