Hi Steve, I have tried it and ombratose, the G*********n was better for me then the ambatrose, but warning, it says to take a very small dose which did nothing, when I upped my dose is when I got relief, but to use on an ongoing basis I would be buying over a 100gm jar a week. I do not have that kind of money, so I started to make my own, and it has helped me more than any of the ones they pre mix. There are recipies, it is good to try one to see if it is right for you. You might email M****tech and ask if they will send a sample so you can try before you buy. But if it is something that you plan on taking on a regular basis like myself, I would look into making your own, unless you are ultra rich:)
