Hi Phil,
The only thing that I know that will work right away is Epsom Salt in water, but most likely it will also give you the runs. I read your website, and see that you have ALS and are dependent on others for help, I am assuming you are wheelchair bound. If you are going to use this method, be sure to have someone handy to help you back and forth to the bathroom. You are facing an extra challenge! Hope this works for you!
