Re: New and need some ADVICE on Gallbladder/liver flushes!!!
Hi Shangirl.
I've found that if I use an oral salt water flush the morning after the
Liver Flush (in place of the morning
Epsom Salts ), and if I also give myself a high
water enema about an hour after drinking the saltwater, I don't have diarrhea all day. Usually, it's all over within two hours of drinking the saltwater. But your colon needs to be pretty much empty already from taking the
Epsom Salts the night before.
To do the salt water flush, put 1 heaping teaspoon of gray-colored bona fide unrefined
Sea Salt in 1 litre of warm water and drink it right down. It's not as difficult as it might sound. Anyway, you will not only remove most, if not all, of the
Gallstones your liver and gallbladder have released, but you will also be diarrhea free for the rest of the day!
You can give yourself a high
water enema by massaging the water as high up into your colon as possible. You may need to do it several times, if there is anything in there that needs to be cleared out.
Be sure to follow up your flush with a good probiotic. Having IBS, you might want to be sure to take a probiotic everyday anyway. (Although, I am not the expert on this. You will want to leave a message for PTree and the other knowledgeable folks on the
Bowel Cleanse Forum !)
Good luck to you! You have better health to look forward to!
